ZO Skin Health products require a consultation before they can be purchased. This ensures that the products are suitable for your skin concerns and current routine. At SkinAddict, our registered nurse reviews your skincare needs and recommends products based on your individual requirements.

Once your consultation is complete, ZO products will be unlocked so you can place your order. If you are unsure where to start, you can book a consultation with our nurse for guidance on choosing the right products for your skin.

Medical grade skincare means result-driven professional skincare brands that clinics sell to their patients. These products often contain higher levels of ingredients such as vitamin A.

Because they are stronger, they need to be introduced gradually and recommended by a doctor or nurse trained specifically to recommend each brand.

Choose the option that suits you best.

• Free routine review: choose this if you already have a routine. Email us what you use and our nurse replies within 48 hours with skincare recommendations.
• 20 minute phone consultation: choose this if you are new to professional skincare. Book your consultation here.
• Order online: choose this if you already know what you need. Products that do not need a consultation (excluding ZO Skin Health) can be ordered straight away.
• Visit the clinic: book an appointment at No.6 Clinic in Tunbridge Wells.

The process has five simple steps.

1. You tell us about your skin. We ask about your main concerns and skincare goals, the products you currently use and what you are interested in purchasing.
2. Our nurse prepares your routine. Samantha reviews your answers and recommends skincare specific to your individual needs.
3. You receive a written routine. It shows which products to use in the morning and in the evening, so you know exactly what to do (included with the £20 consultation).
4. You order your products.
5. Stay in touch via email. If you need anything adjusting, Nurse Samantha is happy to advise. Simply email info@skinaddict.co.uk.

For safe and accurate skincare advice, please let us know:

• The products you use now and how long you have been using them.
• Your skincare goals and any skin condition you have, such as acne, rosacea or eczema.
• Whether you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Any past reactions to a skincare product. This helps us recommend products that are suitable for you.

Professional products work best when you introduce them gradually. These are general guidelines, but please be aware that advice may vary from individual to individual.

• Add one new product at a time. This makes it easier to see how your skin responds.
• Start vitamin A products slowly, using them less often at first, and build up as your skin settles.
• Patch test. Test a new product on a small area of skin before you use it on your face.
• Use sun protection every morning.

If your skin becomes very red, sore or irritated, stop using the product and contact us immediately. If a reaction is severe, seek advice from a physician or pharmacist.

Spend £50 or more and UK delivery is free. Smaller orders cost £5.99. Place your order before 2pm and it will usually be sent out the same day.
